Well, as DWM are calling it that, so will I. Sounds grander and more "elder statesman" than Series 6, and it gives a decent nod to it's heritage IMHO.

I had a look at the stories for this series in the Radio Times..., the write up looked interesting BUT I think they only showed 6 or 7 stories & there's usually 12 (plus the special)..., do you know if this series is a shorter one OR do you know if the other episodes are just being kept secret for the time being???

this series is being broken up. it ends on a cliffhanger at ep 7 then a few months break before it returns leaving the break between ep 12 and the xmas special much less than usual.

Thanks for the information David..., I'm glad it's just being split up into 2 parts rather than there just being 7 episodes, I'd definately feel cheated if there was only really half a series when it came to buying it on Blu-ray!!!
