| I can't believe some of the sketches that have posted on SI's site and the scoundrel forum, they are absolutley fantastic. But I do worry about the chances of getting one out of a box and not having to go to Barrie on e-bay. This is actually looking like the best release for sketches yet!! (and I don't say that lightly) |

| We did receive blanks in addition to the ones we have to send in as "return cards" like the other companies do so that should help out both the buyers and artists in some cases as well... |

The spread of artists is terrific, and a sketch per box is the goal that SI have never managed with a regular release till now: all excellent news.
The down side is that I don't believe that the "top end" cards seen on the SI site will go in the packs. Go on, Barrie, prove me wrong!
I hope that the sale of the "blank" cards do well for the artists: they deserve it. |

I have figures for 8 of the artists on this set and so far they add up to 380 sketch cards. Logically if all the other artists did similar amounts that would be 1235 cards approx. Having said that I can't see Barrie stumping up for many cards from the likes of Mr Pence, Portraz & Hai, Ryan Orosco and other very well established and in demand artists. Maybe only 5 by each, perhaps even less... So I reckon that there may well be 1200 cards, 999 for boxes and 201 for Barrie's pension fund (Ahole).
I have decided that enough is enough and now I know artists have blanks or returns available I will be contacting them direct, giving the cash to them and Barrie can stick his set up his (well you get the idea!). |

Tremendously vibrant colours: IMHO that's how it should be with Daleks from the 1960s films!!!
This will be the last Who card set I purchase from (assuming of course the licence is picked up by someone else and a further Who set is made!), so I hope a few Dalek sketches come my way.
It's been a fun ride with Who trading cards since 1994. |
